The dev just announced the game will soon be released. I'm saddened to hear that, what is here is really extremely alpha. It's very buggy, and unrefined. despite only having 3 maybe 4 different monster models which is fine, their animation is the most basic possible thing. they just look and act extremely stiff and placeholderish. Because of this what seems like a great atmosphere completely takes you out of the game. I'll retry when it's released and give a postitive review if the game feels more refined. but as it is right now it is so below average compared to other VR games. That's pretty bad considering the state of VR games is they are all very alpha. I believe a game needs to feel solid, gameplay over content, then you worry about content later. This just is extremely clunky.. Onward style locomotion!The atmosphere is anxieting and intense, coupled with excellent gunplay and a constant sense of dread (the trailer and screenshots don't capture this feeling)The controls are fluid and the smooth gameplay adds up to the immersion.Big, guns, big monsters and loads of grade-A-actionTLDR;Great atmosphere, gunplay and overall quality. Well worth it.. graphics are a little wonky but fun to play when it tracks properly. Game ran smoothly on intel i5 3570k 8gb ram with gtx 980ti, didnt notice any fps drops.
